Using the service
You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give the agent and for how your organization's members use the account.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Usage beyond your plan's limits may require an upgrade before continuing.
Data
Conversation data, contacts, and leads belong to your organization. We process it to run the service and never sell it.
Termination
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.
